I bought a box of 16 yesterday cause I am INCREDIBLY INNOVATIVE!!!
Well, because I had about an hour to wait for David to get out of class and I lost my pencil and all my stuff was in his car, so I bought a whole new sketchpad and some pastels and a book with pretty pictures. >.>

Also, my box has 24.
It's going remarkably well, except that my sister lost the red I was using-- mid-drawing.
And while 16 seems to be working wonderfully, yes, I would find 64 useful. But this is the girl who used to hide tens of brushes and dozens of tubes of oil paint in her easel at school, and needs to buy colours like "purple red" and "cyan" and "raw sienna", and this is ignoring coloured pencils and chalk pastels where you meet things like "Warm French Grey 10%."
